Push to pass goes into its own HDV section, called [PUSH2PASS].

Push2PassTypeSpecifies which mode you want to use, 0 for EngineMap, 1 for BoostMap
Push2PassEngineMapSpecifies which engine map to use for the system.
Push2PassBoostMapSpecifies which boost map to use for the system.
Push2PassMaxTimeSets the maximum amount of time the system can be used in a session. Only really affects race sessions
Push2PassTimePerPushSets a time limit per activation
Push2PassHoldButtonMake it so the push2pass button must be held for the system to work
Push2PassMaxUsesAllows you to limit the amount of uses in a race, use -1 if you want unlimited(limited by MaxTime only)
Push2PassAllowManualDeactivationAllows for toggling the system, for example, Indycar can turn it on and off, but BTCC cannot
Push2PassActivateThrottleThresholdThrottle position for activating the system, use from 0 to 1, recommended: 0.6
Push2PassDeactivateThrottleThresholdThrottle position for deactivating the system, use from 0 to 1, recommended: 0.5
Push2PassMinStartSpeedKPHSets a speed in which you must meet to enable the system in kph, for example, BTCC uses 110
Push2PassActivationsPerLapLimits the amount of uses per lap, default is 0
Push2PassInPracticeIf the system is enabled in the session, default is 0
Push2PassInQualiIf the system is enabled in the session, default is 0
Push2PassInWarmupIf the system is enabled in the session, default is 0
Push2PassInRaceIf the system is enabled in the session, default is 0
